If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, reach out to our Customer Support team. We'll investigate right away and, if there's a confirmed issue, whether a lost package or extended delay; we'll either send a replacement or process a full refund. Your choice.
Tracking Your Piece
Once your item(s) ships, we'll send a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details. Simply visit the carrier's site, enter your tracking information, and follow your delivery every step of the way.

Keep the surface looking its best with a soft, dry cloth, using a lightly dampened cloth for the occasional deeper clean. Wipe away spills promptly and avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners that can dull the finish. Guide each drawer gently on its slides, and check the handles and legs now and then to keep everything secure. A little steady care keeps this dresser composed for years.
Set it beneath a framed print or a softly lit mirror and let the top become a landing place for a ceramic lamp, a trailing plant, or a stack of favourite books. The gray finish settles beautifully against warm oak floors, linen bedding, and woven baskets, while the slender wood legs lend a sense of lightness to the room. In a nursery or a master suite, it brings the same quiet, grounding presence.
