This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, including estimated delivery timelines, shipping methods, customer responsibilities, and essential inspection guidelines.

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment authorization and verification.

  • Orders typically ship within 1 - 3 business days unless otherwise noted.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
  • In rare cases, additional verification (such as address confirmation or payment validation) may be required before shipment. If so, our team will contact you promptly.

Processing time refers to the period before an order is handed off to the carrier and does not include transit time.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

Elirian ships all orders using carefully selected carriers based on the size, weight, and fragility of each item. Once shipped, delivery timelines are estimated as follows:

Parcel Shipping (UPS / FedEx)

  • Used for items that meet standard carrier size and weight requirements
  • Estimated delivery: 6 - 12 calendar days after shipment
  • Delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout

Truck Delivery (Curbside Freight)

  • Used for large, heavy, or delicate items requiring freight handling
  • Estimated delivery: 15 - 20 calendar days after shipment
  • Delivery is curbside only unless upgraded services are selected
  • Delivery appointment required

Custom / Made-to-Order items

  • For made-to-order or custom pieces, the specific production and delivery timeline will be communicated at checkout and again in your order confirmation. These timelines supersede the standard estimates above.

Important: Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier capacity, customs processing, or unforeseen logistical disruptions.

3. Carrier Selection & Delivery Method Determination

Elirian determines shipping method selection based on product specifications and logistical requirements. If an order qualifies for parcel delivery, UPS or FedEx will be used. If freight handling is required, truck delivery will be arranged automatically.

Customers will be notified of the shipping method once the order ships.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing:

  • Carrier name
  • Tracking number
  • Online tracking link

For truck deliveries, the freight carrier or their scheduling partner will contact you directly to arrange a delivery appointment within a designated window.

5. Delivery Appointments & Customer Responsibilities

For truck deliveries, customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and prepared.

Please note:

  • Standard truck delivery is curbside only.
  • The carrier will not bring items inside, upstairs, or remove packaging unless an upgraded service is purchased.
  • The delivery area must be accessible to a large delivery vehicle.

Additional services such as inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, stair carry, or white-glove service must be selected at checkout where available.

If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues (e.g., narrow streets, restricted parking, missing permits, inaccessible driveways, or incorrect contact information), additional fees for re-delivery or storage may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Charges & Free Shipping Eligibility

Elirian offers free shipping to customers in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Canada, Germany, and Australia.

For destinations outside these regions, shipping is often complimentary; however, additional shipping charges may apply depending on the destination, carrier requirements, and local delivery conditions.

Customers located outside the countries listed above are encouraged to contact our support team prior to placing an order to confirm shipping availability and any applicable fees for their location.

Any shipping charges, where applicable, will be clearly communicated before order processing.

7. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and related charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) option is explicitly selected at checkout.
  • Customs inspections and clearance procedures may extend delivery timelines.
  • Elirian is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

8. Delivery Inspection, Damage & Claims

We strongly encourage customers to inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival.

Visible Damage

  • If packaging or items show visible damage at delivery, note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt when possible.
  • Photograph the damage and packaging immediately.
  • Contact support@elirian.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Concealed Damage

  • If damage is discovered after unpacking, notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photographs and a written description of the issue.

Failure to report damage within these timeframes may limit our ability to file a carrier claim.

9. Missed Deliveries, Refused Shipments & Returns to Sender

If a delivery attempt is missed or refused:

  • Re-delivery, storage, or return fees charged by the carrier are the customer's responsibility.
  • Orders returned to Elirian due to incorrect address information, refusal, or failure to schedule delivery may incur return shipping and re-shipment fees.

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

We understand that circumstances may change, and customers may occasionally need to cancel an order. Elirian is committed to providing a fair and transparent cancellation, return, and refund process to support a smooth shopping experience.

To ensure timely fulfillment and accurate order handling, the following cancellation terms apply:

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
  • Due to our expedited order processing and shipping schedules, many items are prepared for shipment shortly after an order is placed. As a result, cancellation requests submitted after the 24-hour window may not be possible.
  • Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, customers may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

Elirian's responsibility for shipped goods is limited to the remedies available through the carrier's claims process. Once an order is transferred to the carrier, delivery timelines and handling fall under the carrier's operational control.
