Made-to-order and custom items

  • Custom or made-to-order items are produced specifically for you and are generally final sale.
  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items, as outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD unless another currency is selected at checkout.
  • Applicable sales tax, where required, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and is not included in the listed product price.
  • Pricing errors may occur. If an error is identified after purchase, Elirian reserves the right to correct the price or cancel the order with a full refund.
