If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, reach out to our Customer Support team. We'll investigate right away and, if there's a confirmed issue, whether a lost package or extended delay; we'll either send a replacement or process a full refund. Your choice.
Tracking Your Piece
Once your item(s) ships, we'll send a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details. Simply visit the carrier's site, enter your tracking information, and follow your delivery every step of the way.

Keep the upholstery looking its best with a light weekly vacuum using a soft brush attachment. Spot clean gentle marks with a damp cloth and mild soap, then allow the fabric to air dry fully. If the fabric arrives with creases from packaging, simply smooth it by hand or press lightly with a warm iron to restore its finish. Check the frame fittings occasionally and tighten if needed to keep everything quiet and secure.
Set against a soft, muted wall, this bed becomes the quiet anchor of a restful room. Layer it with linen bedding in warm neutrals, add a textured throw and a pair of low bedside tables for balance. Natural wood tones and a single trailing plant complete the look, keeping the space calm, inviting, and effortlessly composed.
