If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, reach out to our Customer Support team. We'll investigate right away and, if there's a confirmed issue, whether a lost package or extended delay; we'll either send a replacement or process a full refund. Your choice.
Tracking Your Piece
Once your item(s) ships, we'll send a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details. Simply visit the carrier's site, enter your tracking information, and follow your delivery every step of the way.

Keep the finish looking its best by dusting with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then drying gently. Avoid abrasive sponges and household cleaners, as these can wear away the surface over time. Wipe up spills promptly to protect the veneer, and distribute weight evenly across the shelves to maintain its balanced, polished presence.
Set it against a pale wall in the living room and let the open shelves carry a mix of hardback books, trailing greenery, and a few quiet ceramics. In a home office, it becomes a graceful anchor for reference volumes and concealed supplies, while a kitchen or entryway welcomes its tall, space-saving form. Layer in warm woods, linen textures, and soft lighting to draw out its calm, modern character.
